Canary

Canary allows you to get the latest features quickly, while being more unstable and possibly containing more bugs.

Ryujinx checks for updates automatically at startup. You can disable this feature if you wish, or make it less intrusive, in Options > Settings. You may also check for updates manually by navigating to Help > Check for Updates.
